actress director writer

Sydni Leah is an actress, director, and writer dedicated to exploring the human experience through storytelling.  Her love for storytelling began in childhood, playing dress-up and stepping into different worlds—whether that meant putting on her mother’s heels or transforming a bedsheet into a royal cape. That same imaginative spirit continues to shape her approach to the craft, driving her to explore the complexities of human nature through performance.

She is currently in her final year of earning her BFA in Drama at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She took her primary training at Atlantic Acting School learning Practical Aesthetics. She continued her studies at Stonestreet Studios, where she honed her skills in film and tv acting. Currently she is learning sensory training, Linklater vocal training, and Feldenkrais Movement training at The Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute. In addition to her artistic training, Sydni is pursuing a second major in Religious Studies, which deepens her understanding of the stories, traditions, and belief systems that shape the world around us. Through her acting training Sydni has discovered her passion for directing and writing, with a unique interest in recontextualizing classics and working with lyrical, poetic text.
